What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website can store on your device to remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or what you have viewed.

Cookies on this website

The Great Scottish Events website does not set any cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track how you move around the site.

Google Fonts

Our pages use fonts provided by Google Fonts. To display them, your browser downloads the fonts from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address and basic browser information. Google Fonts does not set cookies. You can read more in Google’s privacy policy.

Other websites we link to

When you follow a link from our site – for example to enter an event on Let’s Do This, view results, browse our photo albums on Dropbox, or visit Facebook, Instagram or our sponsors – those websites may set their own cookies. They are not controlled by us, so please check their cookie and privacy policies.

Managing cookies
